Why though, Op? This isn't an exit route from the basement. Ego death is useful. But not if you want to do ANYTHING valued in western society. In terms of career and money, ego runs these things. Are you ready to give up the competition? Because that doesn't mean being a homeless neet. It means you want nothing from a world, that bases its rewards on pride. And it involves more than most people are willing to part with.
