I'm going to try and be respectful with this comment as I really appreciate what OP has done here.

I love the occult, but I can't get down with kaballah. It just seems like a massive exercise in over thinking. It could be my background in Taoism. But all the numerology/sepheroths/symbols don't seem like they have any practicality to them.

It feels like advanced algebra. If no one can tell me why it's important or when I will use it, I really don't see the point in understanding it.

First off, I wanna thank you so much for all of this OP. I had wanted to study the Kabbalah for some time but the way this information is condensed is invaluable. I've read the basics so far and I'm hooked but stuff like this:
