Depends on the RC, really. 1P-LSD and other Lysergamides have a really good safety profile, most of the Tryptamines too. Apart from Psychedelics it's a bit more muddy, but there are some RCs we can pretty assuredly label als safe, due to their similarity to longer known drugs.

And that advice is moot anyway, if you don't test your acid.
