Umm, all nerves connect to the brain eventually. But it's not like there's thousands of tiny holes in your skull connected directly to the surface of your forehead.

I pray you find clearer skin the future acne is horrible and created by Satan himself. It ruined my confidence but after stopping all illicit drug use, except for marijuana, it has gone away. I am sure junk food plays a part as well.
Also remember to shower twice a day and change that pillow case and towel often. Try baking soda on your face too
