What bothers me, is the man says he removed the soundtrack, to protect personnel. So what it ends up being, is a bunch of hearsay. There are no extraterrestrials. The phenomenon (UFOs, MIB, abductions, close encounters) are psychic in nature. There are physical effects in some cases but the reality/unreality of UFOs is IMO, more important on the psychic plane.

The phenomenon is manipulated by elites for propaganda/disinfo. Whether or not it's controlled by elites is a big question but not one I can answer.

If it's a naturally recurring phenomenon, the most popular non-extraterrestrial hypothesis is John Keel's ultraterrestrial theory.

It is extremely unlikely that an intelligent extraterrestrial race had ever visited earth. I have personally experienced UFO phenomena but believe that the evidence supporting the extraterrestrial hypothesis is lacking.

My research has lead me down the path I described in my previous post and in the post I made criticizing the MIB joke I alluded to the idea that anyone who has actually a close encounter would be skeptical of OP's old shitty tape because it looks cheap, suffers from bad logic, and depicts a popular conception of UFO occupants but ignores subtle details from specific accounts/real experience.
