Came across a few of these memes on /lit/, but from what I can tell, they originated here on /x/.
Anyone have book recommendations for gnosticism? I'm specifically interested in the notion of the Demiurge as the creator of a 'bad reality'.
Not particularly concerned whether any of you actually believe in this stuff. My reading is for research purposes, so Primary Sources and secondary scholarship are preferred over your personal interpretation, no offense.
Any reading guides on the topic?

like the adventures of greenpill?

yeah... so I saw this reading guide and I'm kind of doubting it a bit.
For starters, I've read those Umberto Eco books, and the Chomsky, Naomi Klein, McLuhan and Adorno. I guess I don't understand how any of that could relate to gnosticism, but then again my knowledge of gnosticism is pretty limited
And Milton and James Joyce alongside Crowley and Blavatsky?
I don't really know what the "greenpill" is, but it seems to be a pretty esoteric hodge-podge of anti-authoritarian conspiracy theory.

I've only read part of the list and am not well versed with gnosticism, but i have a greenpill folder.
this image might give you a better idea. originally there were just red and blue pill, then people began making up new characters and colors.
