Is it possible for someone to naturally repel spirits or paranormal entities?
If you don't believe in them, they can't hurt you.

Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. Alternatively try pic related.
Though it has many meanings it is often used as a rune of protection. Draw it out with your intent (protection) and you'll have it. Most of magick is symbolism/willpower.

Anon above with the rune is right regarding Banishing rituals, and also with the rune. I've heard bad things about letting your blood touch runes though so perhaps don't get it tattooed.
Some entities, if you become a devotee or worshipper of said deity/entity will protect you from all harmful intentions or magick aimed at you.
Finally, I think you be looking for what's called an Apotropaic item. You know goodluck charms? Similar in that they can be small trinkets, but goodluck charms bring luck in, where as apotropaic items drive out nasty forces. Examples could be the Hamsa, Gargoyles, skulls, gremlin bells on your motorcycle, even things like a crucifix.
One other thing I've come across is little folk magick rhymes such as "Three rings around, Evil spirits into the ground". I think apotropaic items and banishings would be your best bet Op. Good luck
