This picture it's of a chilean humanoid that was found by a family, the case it's not as well known as the other chilean humanoid, the one from the sirius movie, but it's equally interesting, this specimen ended in private hands and nothing it's known of his current location.

A reputable source would be one produced by a scientific journal, an accredited science-focused news outlet, or something like that. Not some underground e-magazine produced by a bunch of guys in tin-foil hats who salivate every time they think about an ET.

If these finds are real, there would be dozens, if not hundreds, of scientific articles on the subject.

Hypothesis:
perhaps there was a fetus with a mutation that caused bone development to progress much earlier in development?

sadly, the skull being finished at that stage in development would kill the fetus almost immediately, resulting in miscarriage.

Which is a 2009 half-assed article on a wordpress blog, with no credible sources. Previous and next BREAKNING NEWS are "400 year old underground complex found in the Grand Canyon" and "The Jersey devil captured on film!". Im gonna call bullshit on that.
There are several pics of some researchers walking around in the ice, and some frankly fucking hilarious pictures of some tiny, modern, homo sapiens sapiens skeletons carved on some rock. All the bones are perfect, complete, and in the original position, which would be archeological finding of the century desu. Pic related is the second one.

Spine and head are not actually physically connected. Connective tissue, nerves and brain matter rot either those tiny things aren't tiny humans but something that just look like a tiny human but can't move his head around because it's connected to its spine which is weirdly enough still connected to each other but bare enough that we can see the bone so nothing is really holding it together. Or there were tiny humans smaller than baby mice at birth who grew into half a mouse when fully grown completely throwing off all rules of human physiology and evolution because a mammal of that size with human attributes in their physical makeup makes no sense because humans of that size just have total disadvantages in just about everything. There is a reason not everyone is a 4 foot midget and almost every human is around the same height. The most efficient design always wins and a human of that type would have to deal with much smaller predators who are relative to their size probably multiple times stronger and faster than motherfucking polar and grizzly bears but all animals that size multiply faster and work in social groups so hunting them would be like trying to hunt a huge group of hiveminded super roided bears.
