The Bible (chiefly a protestant version like the King James Version, as Rosicrucianism is a Martinistic sect of Protestant Christianity,) any works on Neo-Platonism (especially those done by the Bakhtir school of Sufi Islam) & the Nag Hamadi Library/Gnostic Bible.

Checkout the Perennialist Tradition. It basically discusses Christianity in a esoteric/ mystic context. It covers the influence of the tradition on the West too. It's a nice summary of the spiritual side of the occult. Lots of history and text excerpts.
