This was when I was about 10 years old and it was night outside. My parents were fighting and I was in my bedroom crying a bit. I saw this small glowing white person about the size of a tissue box on my desk. It kinda looked like Hagrid or something- anyways it bowed and put his/her hands together like a nun or something and disappeared instantly. Has anyone else ever experienced this before?

It was probably a hallucination or a dream caused by the stress of your parents fighting (believe me, I've had similar experiences), or it could just be a normal dream/hallucination without such a cause. You might have seen an entity of sorts, but Occam's Razor is a useful tool, I wouldn't jump to conclusions.
