John Moore is a retired Navy Intelligence guy/radio host. He's claimed to have seen a Navy map during his time in, as have other Naval Officers. I've listened to his show for years, the last week people have found images matching it from 1950's TV,The Godfather, Superman I, and others. Yesterday he talked about them, and put some of the images up on his site. They also look like Cacye's future map.
