You could ask Hijinks for some tips whenever they're around. But isn't it basically making out signs and symbols from the incense smoke and interpreting them to the question? I don't know if there's any kinds of rituals done or whether the incense is prepared beforehand for 'divination', or whether one stick is used for one querent.

At the very least you could look up some common symbols and what they mean and do a few test runs. See how you feel with watching the incense form into shapes and forms. Ask a few personal questions and note down what you may end up seeing. Then try feeding all the hungry querents here.

Dear Alexis,
To you i drew the Dance, a cheery feeling at first was associated with this piece. But as i drew, the figures in the background became more menacing than intended, and the woman dancing in the foreground took focus rather than them all being in focus. A frame appeared, as to show that the viewer is on the other side of the realm of this dance, its either outside or inside, looking in or out on the dance. As to show the distance, or the distancing. They all wear crowns of the newly blossomed greens, they are perhaps participating in a ritual of sorts. Although the woman is in the foreground, taking the viewers eye, the ones in the background seem far more interesting too.

Dear David,
To you i give the inward looking creature. It was at first to fill the whole page with only the face, but it grew far more complex. The look was pained and strained, but it changed into a laughing fit instead. The creature is holding at its chest, unknowningly, in a saviour kind of way. The chest is filled with a duality of purity, enveloped in darkness. However, the creature is feeding itself with the mixture, through the outside exposures, head, arms and hands. A path arises, in its own oblivious. There were going to be external forces outside of the creature, but as i drew them they turned out to be aspects of the creature itself, only visible on the shadow side. Hidden, yet relevant and influencing. Halves that strike up and shroud the background. It is, however, on the other side that the impurity seeps into the creature through the head, arms, etc. Far too self-absorbed, it does not register, as it is caught in the doubled-edged, bittersweet emotion.
