Fun legend based on hydrocephalus, I do not think there are real melon head kids out there but it is a cool look into how modern folk lore develops.

They're really violent and stupid but usually only attack in packs. I've observed many melonheads in their natural habitat.

Confirmed, melonheads exist. Also, chickenlegs, as in KFC bucket

is there a difference between the ones seen in ohio and michigan then the one in Connecticut
( i live in Ct)

1. Place melonhead in microwave.
2. Turn microwave on high for 1:30.
3. Drill hole in melonhead.

Rumor has it that the same man who ran the asylum to experiment on the little guys had the same thing going down in Ohio. I think there is proof of it and the experiments he was doing in both asylums. I could be wrong but I don't feel like checking
