Hi /x/, I'm looking for an occult organization's book that explained how to accomplish the level of self-control and willpower necessary to enter said organization.
I can't remember much but some of the exercises (more like tests actually) were breathing related like you had to practice inhaling and exhaling for some weird periods of time and things like that.
Asana and pranayama. Probably OTO or Golden Dawn
probably the A.A.
Possibly these

Thanks that's what I was looking for
Has anyone tried any of these experiences?

Yeah, I used to do these exercises almost daily. Not like you see anything spoopy though, they're just physical and mental exercises. They make you feel good and could be used to help with depression and anxiety etc. I actually can get my own place soon, so I might start doing them daily on a routine (too afraid of looking like an autist performing spells in front of other people). Maybe then I'll get some actual paranormal results.
