I've this frequently. Last year I was at a stade where i believe this thoughs were sent by two people i've known. Until i realized it was a creation of my imagination

The strange thing is for one of them i actually never saw her angry. And one day she lost it on the phone with someone, and she was acting the same way as i apparently imagined it

so what i can tell from all of this, these thoughts are a mix of strong intuition, fear, doubt and negative shit, but it's 99% you and sometimes it's inexplacable.

OP, if you're still here don't fall for the idiots or disinfo agents or whatever they are. Take care of your head before it's too late. I have family that refused to get help when the symptoms started showing. One died homeless in the streets and we only found out what their life was like after they disaperared for years.

Thanks for the advice everybody. I try to grab hold of the "real" world as often as possible. I'm noticing that I'm forgetting words and names of things and my speech is not as elegant as it used to be as well. Most attacks are accompanied by terrible headaches too.

It happens to me to, I live in a house with half a dozen others in a three story house. Happened before too when in public. Snippets of other's perception of me. I've learned terms and contemporary slang this way. Honestly it feels as if I'm trespassing and I don't mean to. I only recently received insurance but I'm indebted so whatever I earn is owed to someone else for the time being.

I've thought this to be everything from demonic to MKUltra and I could literally scare /x/ with some of the experiences I've had.
