How do you start dreaming almost as soon as you shut your eyes? I'd say it must have been a lucid dream because I was aware that I had shut my eyes only moments ago.

i´ve had these sorts of dreams too.(meaning short, immediate dreams with weird paranormal shit in them) they usually occurred when i was stressed out, thinking alot, anxious etc.
