The original pyramids' purpose was to enable teleportation by being directed towards stars or places to teleport to or from. That's not possible anymore since they are misaligned since the fall of Atlantis and Lemuria.

People suggest that the hexagon on Saturn's north pole isba result of a portal at its core.
