GHOSTS SEEM TO BE INCREDIBLY LOCALIZED TO THEIR HAUNTS, MOST SEEM TO NOT EVEN TRAVEL MORE THAN A FEW YARDS AWAY FROM THEIR "TRAUMA." YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF FINDING A HAUNTED "HOUSE TO MOVE INTO TO THAN A HAUNTED STATE.

Check out St. Augustine, Florida. Its a small but beautiful town full of the spoops.

The entire Old Town and fort are littered with buried bodies. Was on ghost tour there and said that maintenance dudes kept having skeletons pop out of ground while working on streets. Guess the just pushed them back down and had priest bless the bodies.

Savannah, GA. It's said to be the most haunted city in America, and I had several paranormal experiences when I lived there.

I can say this anon is right. I live ~35 mins from St. Aug and go there often to shop and whatnot. It is a spoopy place and has a really nice feel all at the same time. There are always sightings at the fort.

Love that place. Also talked to cop down there, said that the most common call they get is a lost girl at the old city gates between midnight and 3am. Of course, they get there and shes gone.

Anyhere in Louisiana is spoopy as hell

Slave ghosts, indian ghosts, katrina zombos, kkk spectres, spooky muggy sunmer nights, weird catholic/voodoo shit... Lots of small towns with a "us folks" and "outsiders" mentality, and french is widely spoken there which is weird and spoopy. It's kind of a grim looking state in many parts, lots of shitty small casinos next to oil refineries and petrochemical plants and trailer parks and dilapidated old slave houses still out in the fields beneath the kudzu.

Everything there looks like it's 20 years behind, plus the murder and violent crime rates are the worst in the country.

Seems like an easy place to disappear in, you could get shot in an alley by some black new orleans thugs or kidnapped and raped while pumping gas at buc-ees by some inbred swamp rednecks whispering creepy shit in french in your ear while they're fucking you from behind
