The only part you can actually eat are the eyes, even then they contain unknown toxins which you need to try and remove.
1. Soak the eye in water for a few hours to remove some of the salt, Rinse thoroughly
2. Clean the eye. Remove the iris and all traces of interior retinal arteries. Wash the eye thoroughly (rinsing several times)
3. Place the eye in a pot of water and boil for 30 mins. Drain, cover, and put aside.
