How can anyone sit for 4 hours and smile? Is he in a meditative state?

He was robbed that day but he freaked them out and they left without harming him

Yep that's a revolver. Probably crying because it was a russian roulette kind of thing but he survived. Maybe wanted to see how far his sitting n smiling would take him.

seems like it's an art project. I thought the sound was his tongue clicking in a moist mouth. in the crying part it seems like he's reliving something emotional in his mind.

He is doing these streams like for 3/4 years. He said in a interview that he is doing this because he finds this meditative.
He said also: Staring evil or neutral into the camera would look demonic and paranormal.
I would have no sanity just smiling and sitting for 4 hours straight.

In this mind of state he thinks about many kinds of stuff. I guess he just thought about something really sad, but didn't want to break up the whole thing.

Its his neck contracting with saliva when beginning the tears. Theres nothing paranormal, just a mentally ill man
