If you stare into say a dark corner for long enough maybe in your bedroom works best with blinds that block light you can see a human shape if you focus hard enough. Though it wont interact with you it just watches.

Shadow people are just masses of negative energy, that's my theory anyway.
My whole family including myself used to see this shadow that would just walk around doing random stuff, I saw it in the tv just staring at me once, and when I turned around all the cabinet doors slammed shut in unison, I noped the fuck out of there so quick.
No one has seen it though since we all stopped giving a shit about it, I think it showed up in the first place because my home is extremely negative.
