Shadow people

There's a theory that those are linked to sleep paralysis, I had those sightings myself, but I don't think it actually felt like what people describe as sleep paralysis.

Well, walking towards beads is odd. I'll give you that. I do it every time I'm in the craft section of a store.

I saw a shadow figure in my home few years ago. Looked bald and with big white round eyes.

The thing is I don't have sleep paralysis

But I think it may have been an illusion

Does anybody have other theories

No I did not feel it's presence and I don't have a clock in my room

One night i was having a nightmare and when i woke up i saw a shadow of someone next to my bed but when i turned on the light it was gone. Scared the shit out of me

I saw them one dark night driving through the inner city. They had a dark lanky figure, a wide gaping smile with blue gums and big lips. They were trying to sell mix tapes, while eating watermelon and slurping grape drank. They tend to haunt kfc and welfare offices

I have experienced similar, however instead of a shadow it was a light/glowly defined figure showing in my mirror opposite my bed. Didn't feel scared at the time but thinking back to it creeps me out.
