You dont need to have autism to have this line, but you can had it in childhood without knowing it.

If you can read other people faces (getting the emotions of their face) or know how they feel when they talk, you are fine.

If you have a sydner line, you are just more common in making rational,logical decisions. This can lead to a mental breakdown because it doesnt let through any emotions.
