There are reports of an entity group known as "dogmen" which more or less fit the description someone would give to a werewolf in some sort of hybrid man wolf form. Whether these are actually people who change, or separate entities that stalk the wilderness is a question I don't have the answer to.

The only werewolf story I know is of Peter Stumpp. A man accused of being a serial killer and cannibal who claimed that the devil gave him a belt that let him take the form of a greedy devouring wolf. No such belt was found upon his capture sadly.

If you want some possible firsthand accounts of these dogmen things there's a youtube channel called dogmen encounters where this Vic guy interviews people who went through an encounter of some sort.

They get a little bland for my taste, but assuming the people being interviewed aren't lying it's firsthand accounts and usually there is some location info if someone were so inclined to try and hunt them. I wouldn't recommend doing that though.
