Post a vid and there will be a mass break out of herping for and derping against. Anything can be faked. I'd rather you just describe what you do and how it feels; physically, mentally, what do you perceive, what do you do.

Well I can't do anything too extreme

The best I can do is knock over a two pound object from a couple inches away, or a kind of light weight object from about 5 feet away

But I can perform it, what should I post a video of me moving

Move something under a clear glass cup or bowl.

The only thing I have is a plastic cup

And I can't do it under a bowl because I have to be able to project energy at it in order for it to move
