I do not think the word meme means what you think it means
I always wanted to try something occult once.
Is there an easy incantation, sigil or thought exercice to practice and dump a few week into ?

Not necessarily, although you're probably right about most of the ones on /x/ For example, I have a full time job, a college degree, my own car and house, with a girlfriend who comes over frequently. One downside is I don't have internet at my house, but it's only important insofar as i can learn something on the internet (and occasionally shitpost). I do yoga and meditate daily, and practice the Western Hermetic Occult arts. All in all, I'm a pretty well adjusted individual, I think. I do drink too much though. I know nobody on here will believe this anyway, but I wanted to let you know just the same. In fact, I struggled with a lot of anxiety and depression until I got into yoga, meditation, scrying, tarot, evocation, etc. But I think it was mostly yoga, meditation, and the Middle Pillar technique that did the heavy lifting.

Cleansing is a really fundamental part to magic, and it's helpful when you want all the shitty energy gone from something, or you want to remove residual energy. Easy way to do this is kinda picturing cleaning, and getting rid of all the dirt off of something, while letting your aura wash over whatever you're trying to cleanse.
There's a lotta guides out there, and idk if there's a best way or not, have fun and stay safe.
it is both
It's real. First look at it from two perspectives. Lets say it's not supernatural at all, and a guy casts a reasonable spell. The odds of it not happening are the exact same as if he didn't cast it. However real effects happen, for example RAS tuning, acting on opportunities and boosts of confidence. These real effects already give a higher percent odds of something working out.
Now from personal experience. It's definitely got a supernatural component. I believe this is real. It behaves like weighted dice. It's mechanics are achieved through causing unlikely yet favorable events. I will cast a spell, and the timing of events, the acquisition of means, and the progression to the goal become almost fated. I've tracked spells that work and don't work, and it's way above "confirmation bias" levels when compared to controls of working towards a desire without a spell.
