"Isfet" is the egyptian concept of "chaos" in the sense of "anarchy, terror, unrighteousness, and disorder." The goddess of order, righteousness, and justice, Ma'at must be maintained and upheld by the Pharaoh to keep Isfet from gaining control.

Kek is a completely different concept of "primordial darkness."

Chaos is the primordial Greek Titan - the word means "void/gap" - similar to Kek representing primordial darkness.
