My grandmother was not the preachers target he was interested in the kids. My mom was ten when she left and didn't get her period til 13 so she was safe. But her friend however was not so lucky and she would get sexually assaulted groped molested etc by the preacher and I assume a lot of the others would too.

All I know is that my grandmother left due to some life changing action. Snapped out of it I guess. The church was like right in the center of town and now it's some other religion using it no idea what happened/why it shut down. but my mom definitely had a lot of paranormal shit happen in her lifetime.
