Parachute mines. Detonated two meters off the ground. Thought there was an event, snow over the entrances from the explosions. Cut out only to end up being chased into the woods by soldiers. On of the tents was improperly set up, the bodies were moved. One of them was caught and questioned, they cut her tongue out.

Feels like they wandered into some secret military stuff. Got accused of being there for espionage. There were orbs of light seen in the area like flares, the parachute mines were being tested in the area. One of their group was killed by the mines. They were detained. Questioned and then seen as a liability. They just let them freeze to death. Then they were moved, and left to sit for months. Hence the orange skin/grey hair. They turned out to be innocent. They got erased.

the thing is though they didn't just open the tent, they cut it open with a knife which is guaranteed death in those conditions. even if there was an avalanche they'd be smart enough to just ride it out. it had to be something substantial such as military testing that really fucked with them.

I guess he has the internet on his side to paint a better picture, his explanation of events are very plausible.

Just shows how inaccurately presented / blown out of proportion the actual facts of the case were in order to fuel the paranormal angle toward it when it was pretty much just:

The medical examiner said they were POSTMORTEM changes from putrefaction and decomposition due to her corpse being exposed to to water.

I have a pet theory on this. One premeditated murder that led to the accidental deaths of the rest of the group.

Yudin planted thallium in the supplies of one of the group (likely Kolmogorova, Slobodin or Dyatlov himself, as they covered the least distance after leaving the campsite) and feigned illness as an excuse to return home early. As the poisoning would've taken a week to finish off the victim, he'd have an alibi for the time of death and the body would be well out of the reach of a medical examiner.

On the night of February 1st, stranded off-course in the middle of nowhere, one of the group woke to find their companion in the late stages of thallium poisoning. It's not a pretty sight and the environment wouldn't have done much to ease their distress. A panic started and the group fled, with the victim weakened, in pain and attempting to follow.

The thallium explains the trace radiation and why it was isolated to a single set of clothing, poisoning would present symptoms scary enough to instigate a panic and the rest of the groups' injuries are consistent with exposure.
