My friend wants to use an Ouija to summon spirits and do everything he can to piss them off, despite all my warnings. "Its not fun if its not dangerous" he says. He think's he'll be ok because his mom is a ghost hunter.
Im new to occult and paranormal shit, anything I should look into for protection, cleansing or banishing?
Pic unrelated, abandoned Renaissance Faire grounds in my town

A circle of protection made of salt should be made around the area where it will be done. Don't break the circle.

Best advice is have nothing to do with it. Let him piss them off without you. That kid is going to get you in trouble one day if that's what his attitude towards fun is.

Should it be just around the board, or around everyone participating?

I want to stay away, but he knows almost nothing so I want to make sure the session ends properly and the board is disposed of to minimize the fuckery. If something happened to him or his roommate or their cat and I could have prevented it, I'd feel like shit.

You said said your new to this too, so you don't actually stand much of a chance in preventing any negative outcome. With all due respect, it's the blind leading the blind.

There really is no due respect friendo. If he wants to do something like that and 8 set on doing it he's gonna have at it no matter how much good advice is thrown his way.
Hey OP while you're out being dumb how about you do a shamanic dose of ayahuasca and commune with the spirits without a shaman as well.

This is true, but like him, if i can do something to prevent further people from getting involved, i would feel better about myself. However i will not be the recipient of the fallout so i have far less to lose. Nothing at all in fact.
