Well I'm writing the entire thing:

As I'm totally relaxed, I suddenly feel that boom of awareness and BANG, I'm in another place. My vision is blurry, but I can see the blue sky and all the buildings. It's a urban area, there are many buildings and almost all of them are considerably tall. They look residential. Streets are clean, there aren't people walking in, only 2 or 3 people, and I don't look at them honestly. When I do a "time-shift" (that's how I call it) what I tend to do is move to some place and try to get some info: read a paper, or anything. As I'm doing it I feel a sudden movement, not a tremour, but a total balancing left to right and a heavy noise, with some screams in the background. The buildings are moving, but none of them are falling. The glass of some windows are breaking, thought. What I'm thinking is; shit; this isn't going down. I move near a sidewalk, which is gray, notably wide and in the shape of squares, I look again to the sky and my vision gets totally blurry and I go back to my bed. I have to say, unfortunably, those shifts only turn real around 60% of the time, maybe higher but those don't appear in news. They don't have to be important events, maybe this one isn't a massive quake but a moderate one in a city. None of the buildings fell off.
