>luck charms
There's no such thing as luck - just good and bad decisions.
>Demons and curses
Neither exists. They're simply traps that people who want to control you use to make you paranoid and distracted from reality and make money off of you (for instance, selling you anti-demon good luck charms)
>Hauntings/possessions
Again, doesn't exist. Check for pests and house issues and put some music or the TV on if you're alone and uncomfortable.

Ok, paranormal stuff does exist, but mostly it really is in your head, and even with properly applied magick etc, you still have to do hard work etc.
And whether you made a specific "demon" in your imagination or not, convincing yourself it doesn't exist is usually a pretty effective protection spell.
That said, when in doubt, try to be polite. the older an entity is, the more they tend to be provoked by rudeness.
Objects are rarely possesed, I'd just chill on that one.
If you're really desperate, call up your local curandero, or your local catholic church, I hear they do exorcisms sometimes.
