You got me . For real tho the holy grail was not at the last supper or even mentioned in the bible. This was the holy chalice and it is only mentioned in the scripture about the last supper without anything special about it. The holy grail came about by Arthurian literature and it was not explicitly holy either. The two kinda got mingled together.
