It was already done in the past. Look up "write something net", it was a collaborative book written in 2008. And it was put in print! Too bad the site's down.

Not sure if it was the same book as >>18718089 speaks of, but I know an anon was compiling a book of the best of /x a few years back with the help of other anons. It nearly got finished from what I know, but the anon drawing pictures gave up I guess. So the problem was should some of the stories have pics, should all of them, or none of them?
I believe that's why the project got put on the back burner. The anon who was compiling everything still posts here (that's how I found out a few months ago) so I'm sure they'll show up in this thread in due time.
I believe the anon mentioned a possible continuation of the project.
Personally I'm not bothered if each story has an image or not, I mean a lot of greentexts on here don't have images and its never stopped us enjoying them before right?
