I'm thinking of the one where one guy reported feeling his body decompose and stuff like that, while being completely helpless do do anything at all, until his body eventually reformed somehow (which was also indescribably painful). His conclusion was that that's just what happens when people die and there's no way to avoid it. I'm also pretty sure that this was described as the single most secret piece of information the Foundation had, such that it had a security clearance level all to itself, above all the others.

I guess I'd feel better with the Foundation than without it, if SCPs (albeit without the acronym) were all over the goddamn-place regardless. But it's partially dependent on which -era- of the Foundation you're talking about, and which parts of the canon.

I got some of the details wrong. When I reread it, I didn't see anything about it getting a security level all its own or being labeled the worst thing ever (I haven't really read much SCP stuff, so I'm not well-versed on it). However, it turns out that it's even worse than I originally described. I said his body eventually reformed on its own, which would mean that eventually people naturally get out of that Hell. But I was wrong. It turns out that he only came back because they used an experimental procedure to resurrect him, meaning the suffering would have otherwise continued for eternity.
