Also, I live 30-40 min away from that place. It is the oldest settlement of people in this area so there might be old graveyards in that area, but I wouldn't know for sure. It is my understanding that the city council is now in charge of the investigation and they have placed cameras inside the house (a coworker said that a friend of him was meant to do it but he chickened out, so I don't really have info).
I can go there tomorrow afternoon, but I have absolutely no experience or instruction on how to deal with this type of shit. If I get some tips or if you would like to go and do something to check this shit out I will.
