Hey /x/, I need some help.

3 days ago I stayed awake for about 24 hours or more because I had something to do and pulled an all nighter. I went to sleep at around 21:00. I've never been big on paranormal or a very spiritual person but this is something different entirely. I woke up at around 23:50, covered in sweat. I don't remember what made me wake up, I think it was a horrible dream but I don't remember anything. The only thing I remember is:

>Spring up the second I wake up, I think I was saying something or about to scream even
>Horrible feeling of dread I've never felt before
>Jump up, run to wall, turn lights on, get out of room without thinking, all within 5 seconds of waking up.

My roommate was in the living room watching tv I think. I went to the kitchen, said hi, went back to my room.

Had the hardest time falling asleep even though I'd been awake for 24 hours and only slept around 2 and a half hours. Constantly have the urge to open my eyes, always afraid of seeing something horrible but I never do. I don't remember falling asleep.

Woke up again at around 03:00. Start looking around room again. Always feel like I'm about to see something horrible. Go back to sleep at some point after fiddling with my phone for a bit.

Wake up at 10:00. Unknown number calling (I didn't answer, I just left it ring since it was on vibrate, never dared call back.
I don't get very many calls so it was weird).
Eventually get out of bed for classes at around noon.
Coming back to our apartment in the evening. It's already really dark at 19:00.
Again the whole time I'm walking I'm frantically looking around every few seconds.
Always afraid of seeing something horrible. Can't explain it.

cont cause post too long

Get home without incident.
All nighter again because I'm too afraid to go to sleep. Spend all night with lights on, earbuds, listening to music.
I swear I can feel something slightly pricking at my back, stops when I turn around. Literally
crying but I can't do anything, just keep telling myself it's my hairs standing up or just itch.

It's 16:01 right now as I'm typing this, Awake for over 24 hours and I want to try going to sleep
before nightfall but I'm so scared for some reason, horrible feeling in my gut.
Is there any explanation for this, am I going insane?
I'd stayed up for longer periods before, nothing like this ever happened.
I'm almost tearing up typing this. Is there anything I can do to make the feeling go away.
Any charm, spell, fuck me I'd even pray right now.

Also worth mentioning my roommate went home today and he won't be back for about a week. I'm all alone in a 3 room apartment. Street has almost no lights. My window is half the size of my room wall, blinds are really see-through. Creepy lady 2 houses before ours Is staring out the window almost every time I walk by, it's been going on for months but I never though much of it. Not looking at me or anything, just staring out. Old people I guess.

I know the feeling man, I've gone long stretches of time feeling like that. Try to take your mind off of it - go on the internet, watch some funny or light hearted stuff, talk to someone. Or if you have any pets, bring them into the room. I always slept easier if I had a cat sleeping on my bed. Feeling like someone else (even just a cat) is with you always helps with this stuff.
