This sparked an interest in me. Yeah me too, it has been bothering me for three weeks or something. Only left ear, like you said. I have no hearing damage whatsoever, although I have a trained musical ear. I am not pitch perfect, but I tuned my guitar properly and looked for the corresponding note. It's a high pitched B flat, almost C. I could take a look at the frequency I am hearing, that way we could see if we're hearing the same. That'd be dope.

For a little over a week now, left ear. A long time ago I was looking into muscle-testing, something about communicating with your subconscious and having your thumbs move. It apparently takes a while to master, after some time I didn't really see success but I noticed my ears would ring.
I began to journal the time, length and frequency in relation to what would happen around me. To conclude, it to this day serves as a warning of "good/bad" events.

I've had a head CT, been to an ENT, etc.
Dr.'s best guess is a blocked eustachian tube. Nasal spray helps.
In the same year, I've noticed an obvious increase in synchronicities and other odd occurrences.
So for a week, I wrote down the times the tone would appear.
Turned out, it rang at exactly the same time (10:38pm) on 2/7 and 2/8.
A few times it almost sounded like a modem/fax machine - where the tone would change.

I don't know what it is but I have started hearing buzzing or ringing in my left ear, but only when I am lying in bed. It comes and goes. i've had tinnitus in both ears since I was very little, but I did notice a new ringing in my left ear around a month ago. it was significantly lower in pitch than the other ones. i was sick around the time and it seems to have gone away now, so it's probably just pressure due to changing weather or an illness. however, while trying to sleep the other night (I sleep with a radio on) I noticed a ringing in my left ear that responded to whichever song was playing at the time. turning down the radio helped. idk thought that was interesting.

I actually saw a conversation about this on /pol/ a couple months ago with some anons claiming to have also been hearing a ringing in their ears.
