It's not you physically killing yourself. If you commit suicide that terminates your body you can't come back.

It's the tulpa/you rewiring your mentality so that your personality and mindset (become identical to the tulpa's/the tulpa overwrites you).

You can think of it in either way, because the end result is the same. The personality/mindset that you call 'you', ceases to exist, and the personality/mindset of the tulpa takes command from there.

You won't notice it as death though, because you will (become the tulpa/the tulpa becomes you). You'll perceive in one of two ways or both simultaneously.

"I have taken over this vessel"

You have to understand the tulpa is still in your own mind, it's a part of you already. It is not separate from you. You would just be allowing that part of you to overwrite the whole.
