so i have started learning a lot about about ap (astral projection) and thought i would share my knowledge. To perform ap you must lie down with your hands by your side. You should close your eyes and start taking deep breaths. Stop moving and just focus on your breathing or your hart beat at some point you will enter sleep paralysis you want that. As your body becomes numb you may experience some pre-projection phenomena as vibration sounds increased heart rate etc. once the vibrations stop you should start doing your exit technic. One to use is the famous rope tecknic in which you imaging a rope hanging on from the sealing of your room and you get up and grab it puling your body. After that you are out of your body!
