I should be more patient. It's really not hard to check, if you've got half an hour, know how to meditate, and can visualize a setting in which man meets nature. Just relax, visualize yourself taking a short walk to the meeting place, accept what you get, no matter what it is, then mentally turn around. It'll be near impossible to see anything other than your guide in your head. It may be an animal, may not.

I've tried to but i find it really difficult to empty my mind. I've tried by starting imagining i'm in a white room, tried laying down over sitting, etc. Only thing that seems to get me "close" is white noise and otherwise dead silence but i've never gotten into an actual trance state before.

Gnosis is difficult, and even goes beyond an empty mind. I'd say everyone needs guidance.
I used to suffer from insomnia, and taught myself to meditate, at first I shouted "BREATHE IN" in my mind and I breathed in as slowly as I could, then "BREATHE OUT" and focused on breathing out as slowly as I could.
Try to stretch breathe in and breathe out thoughts to be as long as possible.
It will help to drown out other thoughts.
With time you'll learn to hold on to a thought, and almost instantly afterward to hold no thought.

Not even memeing. It was years ago and I was first introduced by a friend to self induced sleep paralysis so I decided I wanted to try it out. I failed the first few times but one night I laid totally still for what must have been like 35 minutes and eventually everything went numb. Felt like I was sinking deeper and deeper. I started seeing things in my mind's eye really vividly, not totally asleep but like that weird half dream mode when you half wake up and your dream is painted on the walls and you stil have a grip on it.
Eventually stop sinking and land in a chair. Look around me and I am in a weird medieval looking room with all sorts of weird stuff in it, like Howl's room from Howl's Moving Castle, colorful, cluttered, strange. One side of the room is torn out and outside is a beautiful green meadow with a crystal clear stream that is flowing into the room covering the floor in a few inches of water. On the coach across from me I see pic related, crown and everything although her crown was different. We have a conversation that I only partly remember, but she spoke on her own, like a character in a dream. Scenery outside the room would change every so often to other places, dreams, movie scenes, sometimes just random swirls of colors and patterns, daydreams, just a total mind dump. Basically the room was like the saferoom in the floating sea of my subconscious and Pinkie was the animate form of any knowledge locked in my subconscious.

Through lucid dreaming I have managed to get to that room only a couple times in all my years of trying. But sometimes during sleep paralysis or very very deep meditation Pinkie shows up from time to time.

I saw white wolves during meditation, but I'm not sure wether they were guides or guardians.
Could be grey wolves tho, as it was a scene under moonlight.

I'm not sure whats even going on but bad shit definitely.
Basically I could make the following assumption.
-Parents baptized me and this led to a masked posession that made itself apparent much later in life, but a few things had hinted it.
-I meditated and saw the wolves
-That night I felt the pressence of God and experienced gnosis, self realization or however you wanna call it.
-Whore and the spirit that was inside me start ruining my life, more people join in, wherever I go theres a drooling retard rping shit to make me grab beliefs that end badly.
-Shrinks decide to fuck up my life too, while likewise making rped calculated comments to keep me after wrong religions.

Doesn't have to mean shit. Sure, certain animals tend towards a certain path of guiding you (My Tarantula is very cautious and encourages me to be), but it'll always tell you what you need to do regardless (despite being cautious and patient, Tarantula isn't shy about telling me to get my ass in gear when he needs to).
