No, I was wrong. The final image on its page (according to Dr. Gears, the guy who wrote it) was a WWII mannequin used to show the effects of chemical and radiation burns. As for the picture of 106 itself, I have no idea. Some questions are best left unanswered.

Well, first of all, it's very obviously a painting when you look far into it, also the bottom left corner is unfinished. It's either a canvas or some type of street art. I'm leaning heavily towards a canvas, if you want proof that it's a painting I highly recommend looking at its left arm/ left hand in the bottom left. As for who made it and where it came from, absolutely no idea. fucking weird.
