True that, haven't thought about it, could do some research about it later on.

Since it still amazed me about how the muslims have very nice looking geometry on some of their mosques for example.
But IIRC some churches do have some kind of similar architecture, like following the golden ratio.

I took Folklore in college. It was one of the best classes I ever took. I aced it, too.

The spookiest major in academia is Religious Studies, of course.

And there were plenty of Republicans in my undergrad, so if my university was trying to convert students to socialism, it was doing a pretty shit job.

Anthropology. Everything you think you know about anything, from the idea of progression and time to economics to death to sex to magick is entirely based on what you've had available from your culture. An anthropologist will often find themselves studying and engaging in rituals that completely demolish their paradigm and rebuild it over and over and over again.

Archaeology is another pretty /x/ major. Computer Science and Robotics are also /x/. You can combine any major with magick and work something incredible.

I read about some therapist guy who was a complete skeptic but one day some woman came it claimng to have been abducted by aliens.
This intrigued him, so he started interviewing more people who were abducted and wrote a book about the psycholgy of the people abducted.
His interest in aliens made him a pariah in the academic world, and the college he worked at even almost fired him.

Basically, normies dont like when you talk about aliens and the paranormal, even from an academic perspective, they think you are wacky or crazy, the american government made sure this was the result of anyone doing serious research.


There is one french guy named Jacques Vallée who has written about aliens and even invented the interdimensional theory who is also a legit astronomer

Luckily for us, texts from the past remain uncensored

An easy example is Carl Jung. His work on psychology remains the foundation of most things we know about it. And then later in his life he found out about many things paranormal, but kept it low key because he feared it would discredit his scientific studies.

Which is why his "most important work", his personal journal, had to be published posthumously; a wonderful book about Jung's spiritual life illustrated beautifully by Jung himself: The Red Book.
