Studying critical thinking is a better way to avoid being influenced by others.

bullshit or not i could still learn something from researching it, im sure.
i got a friend who I'd consider pretty smart who's been talking about it and he knows that theres a ton of criticism towards NLP and that it gets a lot of shit for being a fledgling science or manipulative.

but hes said "this should be taught to everyone" and that its really valuable.
