Time travel into the future is obviously real, we're all doing it right now. Some of us even do it slightly faster or slower than others from the perspective of our own perceptions.

If that's too esoteric for you it's actually provable that time is relative if you have accurate enough clocks (i.e. atomic). If you synchronize two atomic clocks then put one of them on a plane that flies around the world and back to the other clock the one on the plane will be behind the other one. As you start approaching the speed of light this effect becomes dramatic.

If you can theoretically EXCEED the speed of light then you could simply get out ahead of the light that comes from past events and then observe them with a powerful enough telescope.

You can't really travel back in time in any demonstrative way though. There would need to be multiple parallel dimensions and even if that were the case and there existed technology to go to a dimension that was identical to your own but further back in time it's very likely you would ever get back to your starting universe.
