Third eye opening sound

I've been doing Bardon's exercises for a few months and for me it always sounds like "pfiu tsi".

I've been listening to a lot of Tool recently. I always heard more of a cracking sound when my third eye opened.

Fun fact:

Tien is a normal human, he got his third eye through intensive meditation.

Think about it: the guy meditated so hard, he grew a third eye.
Impressive, Tien is one of my favourite DB characters. He even beat Goku's ass when they fought against each other (with a little bit of luck).
He was the first character who could levitate. He tought himself how to use the mafuba, almost managed to neutralize Piccolo Sr.
He was very intimidating, too bad they made him absolutely irrelevant im DBZ.

If your lucky you will hear some voice vibrations maybe a chakra ringing. I listened to a 417 htz video at lunch supposed to clear negativity. when i got back on the line I could hear and see the sound above me it was nice it definitely worked for a while.
