Friendly reminder that flatfags literally cannot explain why a flight from Buenos Aires to Auckland is shorter than one from New York to China. Friendly reminder that flatfags literally cannot explain why none of the millions of people who have flown or sailed long distances have noticed that latitude lines are curved concentric circles that get progressively larger the further south you go. Friendly reminder that they haven't noticed longitude lines becoming further and further and further apart in the southern hemisphere.

The proportions in these maps are also ridiculous. They show Australia as larger than North America, and Africa as larger than Eurasia.
>>
>>18637355
If the earth were flat, they'd all be looking in the same direction. Up.
>>
>>18637427
Still doesn't make any sense, since all three can see the same stars, and those same stars are not visible in the northern hemisphere. The position of the stars was how the ancient Greeks figured out the world was round.
>>
>>18637201
The map is slightly wrong, the way you draw the routes is not logical.

>>18637355
Idk about other fe fags but from my understanding the space is infinite round void and the earth is an infinite flat plane, in a density difference(/levels) law realm.

When applying the logic of it, north and south night skies work perfectly.
>>
>>18637452
How would you draw the routes, and what would a correct map look like?

>When applying the logic of it, north and south night skies work perfectly.

The Americas needs to be shifted more clockwise, the first flight is more in a straight line over the ocean, compass works differently in south,
The 2nd flight slightly more rounded following the east/west compass angles coords/sonar/radar/gps chart.
If you try that you will find that the distance is almost the same that way.

>explain.

We are between density(1d, 2d, 3d) and space(4d).

Look at how perspective, and eye level horizon, the so called "gravity" works, then you will understand it better.

Theres no "Gravity" as a field/force by itself.

What makes things "fall" is electromagnetic interaction between matter under the laws of density and buoyancy(a quality of density), by that allowing higher density to move through lower density,
While pulling lower density towards lower density and higher density towards higher density by the shift/levels of dimensions(/the qualities of their configuration):
Singularity(1-D) > Density(1d>2d>3d), Form(3-D) > Expansion(3d>4d) > Space(4-D) > Deepening(4d>1d).
Lower density will expand, higher density will solidify.
Also, mind that one of the effect of that shift/levels of dimensions is,
The higher you go, the lower the density.
The lower you go, the higher the density.

Isn't the position of the things on the map is based on longitude and latitude lines which have been thoroughly mapped? You can't just move them around. If not then it is already arbitrary.

This is just meaningless babble about density and dimensions. This shit has nothing to do with the position of stars in the southern hemisphere..

The video really isn't helping. A map would be so much more helpful. Are you unable to make something real quick in MS Paint or something?

Really, it's just bringing up more questions. Like if it's just a trick of perspective, why don't we ever get both rotations in the horizon? We can get crepuscular rays no matter where we are on the earth because it's a matter of our perspective, not the specific location. But the star perspectives is such that it depends on where you stand on earth? I don't get it.

Can you explain why the illusory rotating stars don't match the actual rotating ones?
Can you show me where in the sky the Magellanic Clouds are located, along with where they are projected to be?

Next time you're in a car on the highway, look at a mountain on the horizon. See how it doesn't zoom by like the guard rail that's a few feet from your window?
>how do the sun and moon look the same size
They don't, the Earth has an elliptical orbit around the sun, making it vary slightly in size. This variation isn't noticeable to the naked eye because the variation is small and the sun impairs your vision if you try to stare at it. The moon also varies in size, but it changes noticeably and doesn't hurt to look at, which makes me wonder why you've never experienced this phenomena for yourself.

You seem to be one who doesn't let even tough questions go unanswered. Well I seem to have a tough question, though I don't understand why it's tough.

There appear to be rotation points of the stars even when looking in a direction that doesn't rotate, noted here >>18637612.

This is apparently caused by "anti-rotation" rays, an illusion from perspective, as noted here >>18637638 . But this video made me have more questions. I'd really like some help understanding this. Can you help me with these questions?

>Can you please show me on a true map how this works?

Yeah no. Her hair is obviously weightless. There's no hair harness. If her body was reacting to earth's gravity than so would her hair. She's just losing control of rotation. That probably happens a lot in micro gravity.

Her hair is constantly moving , that's not how hairspray works.

Have you seen how cats move in microgravity? Their balance gets fucked up so that every movement they make in their body causes them to rotate out of control. If you turn, you keep turning. It doesn't matter if she started off still.

Also, she would have to be strong as fuck to keep her body in that crooked , not up-and-down position that she is able to hold herself in using just one hand. And then she goes right back to being weightless. That isn't how the vomit vomit works.
And here's a crazy idea: maybe if the vomit vomit fucks up and your actor looks foolish, DONT RELEASE IT TO THE PUBLIC. You're the foolish one my friend. Occam' s razor.

They aren't. Go watch Thunderf00t's "Free your mind", and use google for half a second. Seriously I never do the crappy copout "Use google" approach but this is so obviously and easily explained people with more then half a fuck to give can explain it perfectly

>Why are the stars still

You know how when you look at a far away place, like a mountain and you can go a faaaaar distance and only then does it noticeably change?
Scale that up by millions of lightyears
Mars, Venus, etc. change positions far more quickly over the course of the years more drastically then the far away stars, but again. How does common sense and the basic experience of existing not answer those questions.
Go ahead fast travel millions of years into the future then you'll see the stars noticeably change. Until then this is what we fuckin got for all of our puny mortal existence

Hairspray makes your hair stiff as a board. Watch the video, her hair moves all over, especially on top; it bobs left and right as her head turns. If her relative gravity really changed because she's riding the vomit comet, that there would also be a noticeable shift in the position of her hair but it just keeps floating.

The problem here is not so much with our belief that the world is flat, but more that we're now not entirely sure exactly what it does in fact look like. This shouldn't be too hard to believe as it's no secret as it turns out that the Mercator projection that we all grew up with was horribly inaccurate, no matter what shape you think the Earth is.

There is plenty of evidence outside of flight routes that has convinced us entirely that the globe model we've been brought up to believe in is simply not true, couldn't possibly be true, and is just too ridiculous a notion to entertain anymore. Many of us feel the same way about hollow-earth and other such theories and all the evidence seems to point to us living on a flat plane as people have believed since time immemorial.

>>18637355

I have explained this one a number of times in my threads. The stars move in a 24 hour cycle which corresponds with the day/night cycle. It wouldn't make sense for Australia and South America to see the same stars at the same time on a flat earth or a globe. Think about it.

I'll have a new /fe/ General up in the next 12 hours if no one beats me to it first.

Yes. Exactly.
>>

Due to perspective, north can see the middle circle of stars, the outer ring of stars is horizon line.
Due to perspective, south sees the outer ring of stars, converged, while middle circle of stars being the horizon line.

In reality theres no middle circle of stars nor outer ring of stars, they are not really "separated" in any way, it happens only due to the laws behind convergence and perspective.
This is just an example, in reality its slightly more complicated, but the same principle.

I hope that answers your question.

Like I get why people think the moon landing was fake, it would make sense for the government to want to fake that, and they made a big show of it, and their show was kind of off.

But flat earth? Why would two thousand year old scientists suddenly make up shit about the earth being round? Because the stars rotate anti-clockwise around a fixed point you see the anti clockwise rotation of the sky in north.
Sun isnt a fixed point, its same as any other star other than pole stars. It doesnt rotate on the same scale, as far as I know thats why its rays are not moving the same way.
The sun appears to do a circle around the horizon for both north and south "poles" in north because it moves around it, in south because of convergence and perspective.

I dont understand what exactly you dont understand.. the north star trail is not an illusion of convergence and perspective at its center, South star trail is.

>I don't understand why you say I see a ring and circle, then say they is no ring or circle.

1.Draw a huge circle of stars
2.Draw a dot(Polaris) close to center point of the circle.
3.Draw an illusionary dividing circle(line) in the middle of the big circles radius.
4. Start rotating the circle anti-clockwise.

From north pole: Inner circle is the visible north stars trail, outer circle/ring.

5. Draw another circle, this time converge outer circle into where the inner circle is and expand inner circle into where the outer circle/ring is. (In other words flip it by the middle line)
Keep spinning it the same way.
During night time, anywhere south you will see the flipped new inner circle spinning clockwise. The new outer ring(former inner circle) is shrinked into horizon line.

The middle separating line is the Equator.

Pic related:
All of this is 1 big circle, north(the circle on the right) being the center of it, while the left(south) being the outer circle/ring of it.

Thank you for replying, but I need to go to work now. If you have time, can you make this drawing for me? I would be VERY appreciative. I'm trying to understand but it just doesn't make sense to me.

>It doesnt rotate on the same scale, as far as I know thats why its rays are not moving the same way.
Wait, the sun rotates? I thought it orbits. Doesn't it go along a track center on the Pole Star? And I guess the rays are the part I don't get.

In that video I watched there is footage of the sun on one side of the horizon, and the illusion of a focal point on the other side. Now that horizon has to be less than 200 miles, don't you agree? So why does the anti-rotation illusion cover 12,000 miles and not the same distance if it's being produced by the same perspective?

>>18639190
OK, but that's only at the equator. Why don't we see this everywhere? I hope the thread is still up tonight so you can explain it.

First of all, there are no real photos of earth from space, all are composite or CG, and NASA admits it.
This is unacceptable if you believe there are a few thousands sattelites orbiting earth.

Second, there is no noticeable curvature, except for go pro fisheye lens footage, and of course, Nasa footage.

Third, the moon landings happened in a movie studio, the photos speak for themselves.

If NASA lied about the moon landings, what else they have been lying about?
Can we entrust them with anythingat all?

The natural physics of density and buoyancy determine that objects denser than the medium surrounding them sink while objects less dense than the medium surrounding them rise.

This is the reason raindrops fall down through the air, while air bubbles rise up through water.

Objects at perfect equilibrium with the medium surrounding them levitate in place like the balloon in the video.

Please share this short 5 minute video with your social networks and help make it go viral so we can wake people up to the centuries-old pseudo-scientific lie of "gravity."

I didn't mean to bait anyone but i did, sorry

But you have to believe that the earths spinning at those flat out crazy speeds its what your "science" people tell you, and if you want to believe that go ahead i am not even going to stop you
personally i plan to just chill with the FE theory cause it makes everything seem less insane

i want to also bring up the spontaneous generation experiment

There is no way this whole eath is flat shit can be real.

There is more supporting evidence that the earth is round that solid evidence of it being flat.

I feel you man, I assure you every single flat earther said this before starting looking into it.

It's up to you to research it or you can simply choose not to, but sooner or later a person close to you (will) bring it up and you'll have to address it.

Here you go people, this pic alone proves that:

-all Nasa photos of earth are real
-the ISS is real
-the stars are 45 billion light years away
-we went to the moon
-science is always right

Science isn't always right. That's kind of the point of science.

You can literally go outside and see the ISS if you wanted to.

Use your eyes anon, I'm sure you're capable of critical and rational thinking, take a step back and look at all the photos of earth from space you can find.

Don't believe me when i say they don't represent reality, and don't believe people who say that they do.

>Now that horizon has to be less than 200 miles, don't you agree? So why does the anti-rotation illusion cover 12,000 miles and not the same distance if it's being produced by the same perspective?

Probably because the higher you go the less density there is, meaning you can see further.

Unlike lower where its more dense creating layers of fog, dust and other particles or qualities of air in space.

>>18640668
Well, you're the one claiming you can see a 356x240ft object who's flying 242 miles up in the sky.

Hey, I'm glad this thread is still up. This post was mine, and while I was hoping some enterprising person who understands the Flat Earth would help me out, it seems that wasn't possible.

In any case, I'm really having trouble understanding how the stars below the equator line work. I really think a picture of the true map of the Earth showing where the stars are and how the illusion is made would help.

Is there anyone who understands this that can show me where my confusion is coming from?

>>18640699
Thank you for replying. I'll see if this clears things up.

>Probably because the higher you go the less density there is, meaning you can see further.
How far can I see? How far away are the stars? If this is true, why doesn't this stop me from seeing the illusion of stars rotating, when that light must be traveling at least twice as far as the "regular" starlight.

And none of this helps me to understand why crepuscular and anti-crepuscular rays appear in the same field of view, but when the same illusion of perspective is applied to the stars, the illusion occurs over 12,000 miles or so.

I think if someone could take pic related >>18637656 and show me how it works on the true map of earth, it would be very helpful.

Hi! Can you help me with my confusion? I'm trying to understand how my world PROPERLY works, but this star thing is hard for me to comprehend. Is there any chance you could show how they work on a true map of Earth? Or just one set of stars, like the Southern Cross. Can you show me where they're ACTUALLY located in the true sky, and how they project the illusion of rotation onto the rim of the Earth?
>>
>>18641134
lol flatearthers could never solve this, case closed

>>18641134
But if this is the case, and honestly I can't say whether it is or not, then how can I always find north using the Southern Cross?
>>
>>18640837
everybody can test it. it is a trivial observation. at this point your just denying reality
