I think we already are God, anon.

If God is omniscient, truly all-knowing, then God would have to experience our subjective experience as we do i.e. internally, without the knowledge that it is God.

And at that point, what is the difference between our own subjective experience of ourselves and God's? There is none. For me, at least, we're all God, and each person is just a different mask for God to wear.
