I'm from a rural area, and I disagree. At worst you get jumpscared by a deer. Unless by creepy you mean dark and alone. And if you are, you belong in the city, have the sense to keep yourself there.

In my area it happens periodically that a stroller is found next to the road in the middle of nowhere. No one has ever stopped yet, but they have heard movement in the ditch when they pull up next to it.
