If less spooky is what you're after, you just fucked yourself over in my opinion. We got some petrol sniffing abos that made up make believe fairy tales of scary animals so the kids would feel safer with them so they could fiddle with them. The yanks have some weird Indian ritual shit that has cursed their lands, bigfoots, chupacabras and all sorts of shit. They are fucked.

Us on the other hand...all we got is Bunyips and Yowies which are probably just part of the aboriginal male believe shit anyway. Nah mate, there isn't shit out here. And anyone saying that there is all this shit trying to kill you here, its nonsense, the yanks have some pretty bad snakes and spiders and shit too that we don't.

As someone who lives in Australia,

There is shit in Australia that is fucked beyond belief. So much empty land who knows what the fuck is going on. I remember they found some commune in the bush land in NSW, weird inbred satanic clan.

Every time I have gone into the wilderness there has always been a terrifying sense of alienation, like that land itself hates us.
